Training provided – No experience necessary
All you need is the right attitude. We’ll provide the rest.
Thomas Direct’s training program includes helping you with warming up your voice, speaking strategies to project professionalism and confidence on the phone, completing a call and even work space organisation.
To support this, we provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring where necessary.
Office location and environment
Thomas Direct is located at the Hughes Corporate Centre in Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast. We occupy two floors, which includes the telemarketing and training areas as well as administrative and staff facilities.
The workstations are comfortable and pleasant. Staff members are welcome to personalise their space – although, it’s important to note that workstations are often shared across shifts.
We believe our working environment helps telemarketing staff to relax and do their work well. It also means that calls are more conversational and natural for the call recipient.
Some staff parking is available on site and the area is also served by public transport. Neighbouring commercial facilities include cafes, coffee shops, grocery store, restaurants and a petrol station. Major shopping centres, schools and childcare facilities are all a short distance away.
